Powerhouse Yoga

When the music quiets and the studio settles, it becomes a space just for you. Our yoga classes take place outside of dance hours, offering a calm, focused environment to unwind, practice, and reconnect with no distractions, just breath and movement.

Join us on Saturday mornings at 10:00am inside Powerhouse Dance and experience the perfect mix of power and flow in a welcoming, supportive space. We’re beginning with one yoga class to start, and plan to expand our offerings as our community grows.

Open to ages 16+.

​Powerhouse Flow

​

This dynamic class is specific to Powerhouse Dance and created carefully for you by Erin Cain. Connect breath with movement in this intentional 60 minute practice, blending Vinyasa flow and Hatha to build full-body strength. With a focus on core stability, pelvic floor health, and balance, this class uses fluid transitions to cultivate alignment, control, and inner strength.​

Burn Yoga

Step onto your mat and tap into your power.
This strength driven yoga flow is designed to build inner heat, muscular endurance, and focused energy, without rushing the process. Expect strong, intentional movement, breath led transitions, powerful flows and long, steady holds that challenge both body and mind.

Each sequence is crafted to activate your core, fire up major muscle groups, and leave you feeling grounded, energized, and strong.  Burn Yoga offers the perfect balance of strength, heat, and flow.​
